3. કે.જી.બી.વી.ની સંભવિત મેરીટ યાદીમાં અગ્રતા ક્રમ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોને જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી કે.જી.બી.વી.ની જે તે જગ્યાની ખાલીજગ્યાના આધારે પત્ર વ્યવહાર દ્વારા અરજીમાં દર્શાવેલ વિગત મુજબના પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી અને સ્થળ પસંદગી માટે કોલલેટર મોકલવવામાં આવશે. આથી, રાજય કક્ષાએથી હવે પછી કોઇ પણ કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેતી નથી
4. પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણીને અંતે ફાઇનલ મેરીટ યાદી મુજબના અગ્રતા ક્રમ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોને સ્થળ પસંદગી આપવામાં આવશે
